>We have special requirements. Can you help us?

Sure, we offer OEM and ODM services for our customers. And we have our own R&D team and complete production lines. If you have any special requirements, please don’t hesitate to come to us anytime. We would like to help you to analyze and discuss it together.

>Can we do exclusive distribution in our country?

We are pretty serious about exclusive distribution. Long-term business relationship is always our target. If you are interested in it, please let us know. We are open for it.

>I never ever did this product before. Can you support us?

Outdoor solar power is a pretty trending product all over the world. We are truly happy that you are willing to enter this market. We would like to share with you about your local market and offer you a sample for your test and demonstration.

>What is your warranty policy?

We offer 1 year warranty for all of our products. And we do strict inspections on materials, in-production, after-production, loading of every order. Also, we accept the third-party inspection if required by customer.

>What payment terms can you accept?

FOB, CIF, and LC are allowed. For some of our long-term relationship partners, OA is accepted.

>What’s your average lead time?

For most of orders, we promise 20-30 days lead time against down payment. But it varies due to production rotation of different periods.

>How many countries are you selling to?

We are doing business with customers from more than 30 countries, like Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, UK, Spain, Italy, Japan, Philippines, Nigeria, South Africa and etc.
